Bookings and Payments
All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or authorized agents. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Payment methods accepted include credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but will not affect confirmed bookings.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the trip date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the trip will result in a partial or no refund. No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.
Changes to Bookings
We understand that plans may change. If you wish to reschedule your trip, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Desert Safari Trips UAE reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen events. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Safety and Responsibility
Your safety is our top priority. However, desert safari activities carry inherent risks. All participants must follow the instructions given by our guides at all times. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, accident, or damage sustained during the safari due to negligence, recklessness, or failure to follow safety guidelines. Guests with pre-existing medical conditions, pregnant women, or young children should consult a doctor before participating.
Personal Belongings
Desert Safari Trips UAE is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during your trip. We advise you to keep valuables safe and limit the items you bring to essential belongings only.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is the property of Desert Safari Trips UAE. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any part of our content without our prior written consent.
