Our Policy

We are committed to providing exceptional experiences during your Dubai safari trip. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes affect your travel plans. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring both your convenience and our operational requirements are respected. 

Cancellation by Customer

We encourage guests to inform us as early as possible if they need to cancel a booking. If you cancel your safari trip more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure, you will be eligible for a full refund. This allows us sufficient time to adjust our arrangements and offer the slot to other guests.

If you cancel between 24 to 48 hours before your trip, a 50% refund will be granted. This partial refund covers the basic costs already incurred for your planned adventure. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled trip will not qualify for any refund, as resources and logistics would already have been committed to your experience. 

No-Show Policy

Please ensure you arrive at your pickup point on time. Guests who do not appear at the agreed location without prior notice will be considered no-shows. Unfortunately, no refund will be issued for no-shows, as it results in operational losses and prevents others from booking those time slots. We recommend being ready at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time to avoid any issues. 

Modifications to Bookings

We understand that sometimes you may want to adjust your travel plans instead of canceling entirely. Modifications to your booking can be made free of charge if requested more than 48 hours before your trip. For changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled time, requests will depend on availability and may incur additional costs.

Our team always strives to accommodate your needs, but last-minute changes can be challenging due to scheduling and vehicle allocations. We advise contacting our customer service team as early as possible if you wish to make any adjustments. 

Cancellation by Company

In rare cases, we may need to cancel a trip due to severe weather conditions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If this occurs, you will be offered a full refund, ensuring that you are not financially impacted. Alternatively, you may opt to reschedule your safari experience at no additional cost, depending on your preference and our availability.

We prioritize your safety and comfort, so any decision to cancel is made with your best interests in mind. 

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking. We appreciate your patience during the processing period, as banks and financial institutions may sometimes cause slight delays.
